Roasted Pumpkin Seeds Recipe
2 cups pumpkin seeds
5 teaspoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
In a bowl, toss pumpkin seeds with butter and Worcestershire sauce. Combine the sugar, salt, garlic powder and cayenne; sprinkle over seeds and toss to coat.
Line a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan with foil; coat the foil with nonstick cooking spray. Spread seeds in pan. Bake at 250° for 45-60 minutes or until seeds are dry and lightly browned, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely. Store in an airtight container. Yield: 2 cups.

"Roasted Pumpkin Seeds"

1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
2 tsp melted butter or oil (olive oil or vegetable oil work well)
Salt to taste
OPTIONS (to taste):
garlic powder
cayenne pepper
seasoning salt
Cajun seasoning blend

Preheat oven to 300*
While it's okay to leave some strings and pulp on your seeds (it adds flavor), clean off any major chunks. Toss pumpkin seeds in a bowl with the melted butter or oil and seasonings of your choice. Spread pumpkin seeds in a single layer on baking sheet. Bake about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Boil the seeds in heavily salted water for about 10 minutes, drain and spread out on paper towel for another 10 minutes. Place on cookie sheet that has been sprayed with cooking oil. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 to 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them as they will easily burn.

Just spread on a cookie sheet and lightly coat with some cooking oil and salt and roast in a hot oven until toasted.

All I usually do is rinse them off, and pat dry. Then spread them out on a cookie sheet, toss them with a little bit of coarse salt. Then evenly spread them out, and pop them in a 400 degree oven until they are whatever texture you like, usually about 20 minutes.
