Look, I'm 15. I myself need to lose weight, which is why I'm here looking for answers in the first place. First of all, YOU ARE NOT FAT! I know, when i was 11 it was a really difficult time...everyone was changing (part of puberty, i suppose) and i felt way self conscious. Don't worry about it. Everyone has something they stress about, and usually it's blown way out of proportion (refer back to the previous parentheis) just focus on staying healthy, like limiting yourself on junk food and trying to stay active. Just have fun!

5ft 3 90# sounds perfect to me. Why worry about what people say. They talk about you some then go on to someone else. The trick is be confident in yourself don't worry about what they say. Good Luck you sound like model material to me.

you are so not fat. you could be like a basketball player if you were to gain a couple more pounds. if you go to an athletic center and let them know your situation they will let you know what your average weight should be.

Just make sure you excercise as much as you can, run, play, swim, be a kid as much as you can be. Avoid crisps, sweets and fried food, and it will all sort itself out as you keep growing.
