the candle holder i'm looking for is 3 holders on top of a long stand that you can use inside or outside of the house.

Michaels craft store! I've worked there for three years and seen many, many wrought-iron candle holders in that style. Especially around this time of year, outdoor ones in the "Home Décor" section.
