I think that if you really are cheating with two other girls, you should let your 'gf' go. You could give her a disease, having sex with three different people that you may not know their sexual history etc.
Also, it takes a real man to end a relationship before he entertains even flirting with another woman, in the hopes of dating. Don't have a gf, dont make any type of commitment (IMPLIED or otherwise) if you plan on doing other women.
Someday you will find a love, a real love that is so real and deep and important to you, that you will feel something like fear that it may ever end. Then to find out she is doing two other guys and you mean that little to her, that your love, trust and feels are that nothing nothing nothing to her...you deserve that. It's called karma. Funny word, but life gets folks back.

What have you done that would have her suspicious of your outside activities?
Unless you are dedicated to each other, you can either a) leave the other girls alone or b) breakup with your girlfriend and allow her the respect to have a decent relationship with someone else who will APPRECIATE her.

Yes she knows and if she doesn't say anythhing that is because she is cheating on you, and it is most likely someone you know. LIke your best friend or your brother maybe even an uncle.
