I bought one last Spring and it supposedly came with a "money back guarantee" so that if it didn't work then I could get my money back within 45 days.
Ha! All a scam! It didn't work and I ddn't get my money back.

The Flex or Flex Max.
They do work but not on their own, you need to compliment the use of the Slendertone by also working out. As long as you are regularly burning off more calories than you are consuming then the results are very good and your abs do become solid.

I had one a long time ago. Though they are supposedly proven to work - nothing beats good old fashioned exercise, even if it's just distance walking at least 3 times a week - that will probably do you much better than Slendertone :o)

I got a cheaper version of the slendertone belt, Didn't do any good, but was fun making my muscles twitch (wrapped around my arm etc) , kept the kids entertained for hours

Those Slendertone machines are a waste of your money! A real rip-off. Don't bother.

the best exercise is to walk every day at least for a good hour .
sounds simple and costs nothing . i used to have an exercise bike and thought what a regime this is , but i got lazy and the exercise bike went to sleep and gathered dust --- get out and walk mate you will be surprised how it also does for the mind as well as the body . good luck .

Save your money! They don't actually do a lot. You would be better going out for a good brisk walk. There is no such thing as "easy" exercise lol
