Police investigate and arrest. The courts charge you. More than likely after your arrest and release, something else came to light during the investigation and they have added these charges as well.
Get an attorney, sounds like you need some serious help.....

You are a little short on information here, but I will make my guess.....
you were proboly sent to jail on time due to an incident and then you got out of jail. Later on when more paperwork and reports were done warrants were issued for other offenses that the police did not witness or have probable cause to arrest you on at the time so they simply got a warrant later maybe after getting staements and such.

Yeah, and they can add even more whether or not you are in jail!
How long can they do this?
Answer; For as long as they want
to mess with you,and whether or not
your in trouble now or in the future,
charges can be placed on ANY person,
place or thing without their knowledge.
Of course they are "supposed" to
mail you paperwork on all that but ....
sometimes
it just doesn't make it to you.
Then when you least expect it and you don't know about any charges at all until something
like this happens to you:
(a) stopped by authorities for some type
of moving violation;
(b) your at any place where an interaction
with the police has resulted in your
identification being checked, or
(c) checked into a Motel 6 (or some other
place that routinely allows the police to
check out their guest list)
when you hear a knock on the door.
Your thinking room service then you answer
and then.........surprise!!!
Your under arrest!
What I believe and what people don't realize is that there has been a REWRITE of
the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION!
Only the "PEOPLE" had nothing to do
with its creation nor did they know that
it had been written behind their backs.
This is how in history the people of a
country have been thrown into and have lost wars that they never knew they were in!!
Only to find out, they were!
Now who did this you say? The 9-11 Group
of Professional Rewriters Limited dot com. a Subsidiary of WE CAN BLOW YOU UP. dot wegod.
Their motto is: 'We did it and
we changed all the rules and
you can't do anything about it!!!
Na Nonny Noo Noo!!!
I believe it states in part:
"We don't need a reason to do anything that we want now and boy are you all in for it!
If you think that we're mistreating you in any way shape or form, well too bad!
If you complain about anything we don't want to hear about, I'd think twice about that!!
Because at any time we want, we WILL call you a TERRORIST and that will take care of ANY AND ALL questions.
If you have ''needs" and want to abide by your OLD LAWS, there are two words: TOO BAD.
We will ruin your life and tag you with the "T" word and for the rest of your life you will live in misery!
That goes for EVERYONE ON EARTH OR IN SPACE who causes even one ripple in OUR
POND."

your question lack a great deal-but here goes. Your blood test result came back at .224. Why? because you refused to blow. The new charge is EXTREME DUI. Best example I could think of.

You need to be more specific. There are many reasons why that could legally happen.
