What would you have learned if the teacher did not paddle you? That the teacher should be treated with contempt? which is our situation in schools at this very moment! You can tell the level of education with this method by the level of English in this very chat room! Teachers are struggling to hold some semblance of discipline over a class teenagers, so no wonder the the level of education is dropping! No discipline! no comprehension!

There are NO corporal punishment states. It is against federal statutes to spank a child in school. Obviously your third grade education hasn't gotten you very far.

FYI....when you end a sentence with a period....etc. You need to hit the space twice before you start ur next sentence. No, I don't believe in spanking.

If she spanked you i would let her carry on, and ask her if you can do the same to her - she if she likes it...who knows where it could lead!!

I can't say whether I do believe in it or not. But I do not feel that it is the schools place to punish a child. That is the parents responsibility, not theirs.
