Who decides what is "normal"? And what IS "normal"? There is no such thing. There are of course average people, who only by virtue of being in the middle of the vast range of sizes mankind comes in are classed thus. Then there are the stick-thin waifs on the catwalk who designers would have us believe are the ideal, or the Hollywood belles who achieve perfection under a scalpel.
You sound OK to me - and at 13 you are not the "you" that you will become in adulthood.

yea.. I'm 13 but I'm 5'4 and wigh around 105 and I wear a 34 a so your normal.. but me perosonally I just dont like the way I look and fit my clothes so I'm trying to gain weight but I know a girl like that and she was like 4 11 and weighed around 96 or so and she wore prolly a 34 b but yeh your okay..

Yes. I am twenty six and still remember a few friends who were late bloomers. You should go with your parents to see a Pediatric Endocrinologist. That's a children's doctor who specializes in situations like you may have if it isn't just about being a late bloomer. Your parent's health insurance covers it(hopefully they have insurance).

well your weight is normal but your boobs are small im 12 and i already got my period and my boobs are bigger than that no offense but people are made in all shapes and sizes so no big dont freak out.
