Ok, don't laugh, but this is the best. Pre-natal vitamins. Even if you are not pregnant, or not even looking to be, they are fine to take. They can not increase your chance of pregnancy. The purpose of the pills is to have a healthier body and prepare for the vitamin deficency most pregnant women have. The pills will make your hair and nails stronger. I continued to take Natafort after my pregnancy because a lot of women have that thinning hair effect. I had such beautiful hair after a few months.

Down the hair and under the skin, the hair has like a root. At the very bottom of that root is a bulb shaped compartment. Inside that tiny thing is a place called the "matrix". (for real) . There are special cells inside the matrix, cells that "grow". They grow a hair shaft, or hair. Ta da!

I just kept it clean and brushed it constantly,I carried a brush with me! Also massage your scalp it helps your hair folicles grow!good luck!

There are hair vitamins at health food stores. Drink lots of water and moisturize your scalp.

if u have split ends cut them off, wash wash your are on NORMAL BASE, eat right, don't cut your hair except when u cut the split ends off. And you need lots of patients
