I have a 2000 Avalon XLS that I have loved and will sell after I buy a new car but have been torn between the 2007 Avalon Limited and the Lexus ES 350. Also, I'm not sure if a step up on the Lexus might be a better buy. Not sure at this stage what is the better car for me at all...I loved my 2000 Avalon but am not in love with the new model ...seems the Lexus has more of the newer features that I might want...altho I'm not sure if those features are worth the extra $$. Any feedback would be appreciated.

If you like the ES350, you should try the Toyota
Camry XLE. It's pretty much the same car.

"Get the Toyota because Toyotas are reliable" ? A Lexus is a Toyota! Ok, now that that's said, I'll offer just a little - the Avalon has traditionally been an American-ized car - it's been called the Toyota Buick. The Lexus ES series has been near-luxury -to- sport sedan. You'd want to drive both, of course, but I think your decision depends on what style of car you're looking for.

The ES 350 is just a Toyota in a tuxedo. All Lexus cars are just dressed up Toyotas. I would save my cash and go with the Toyota. Th Avalon is a nice car. I actually lke the Camry's a little better. Why pay 70K for the name.

i would get the toyota beacuse it is only $31,000 and it has everything like dvd navigation, leather seats, i gotta admit lexus has that but its not worth the money. Also, i like the toyota avalon's design. Also, consider the Toyota Camry Solara.

hope this helps!!

Toyota=Lexus...

Also.. FYI

Nissan=Infiinti

Both are about as good as it gets as far as good and reliable automobiles.
