This is my first time going to the gym, and I need to know, how many minutes of cardio and how many minutes of weight training? I am 17 5'3 , 117lbs and I want to get down to 106

They only have bicycles for cardio, but they have a bunch of weight machines.

Thanks in advance,I'll give somebody 10 pts.

Try 20-30 of each, sandwiched between 5-10 of warm-up and cool-down.

For weights, stick to the time-honoured wisdom of 2 to 3 sets of 8-12 reps per exercise, with a suitable weight (that meaning you do, for example 10 reps, then another 10 reps, then another 10 reps). It is said that beginners should try 1-2 sets of 15-20 reps. (I imagine it's to reduce the risk of injury.)

before you work out on the weight machines you need to do 30 minutes of cardio because when you start working out your heart is already pumping and then you start lifting weights. you'll burn more fat and build more muscles doing that. that's what my trainer told me =)
