I oftenly get that too.
Tell your kids is fun to do it and keep them busy for hours trying to take them off.

I don't know if this will help but I'd at least try soaking and washing in Woolite (etc,) to see if the hooks soften and release. You will have a clean garment and perhaps fewer seeds to pick off by hand, tape, etc. Good luck.

I don't know if this will work, but try using a soft bristled brush on the fabric to take them off. That way you won't pull the fleece, but you won't have to pick those little buggers off by hand!

you can get these pet things there like a sticky roller i use it to get bits of hay and those spikey stickey things out of m fleece and it works hope this helpsx
