I am so busy with my 5 kids (all under 8 years old!) and I hate exercising and dieting, life's too short! So I thought the only option for getting rid of my ugly cellulite was to book in with a set of weekly medical roller treatments. Job done.

However, they cost me a monstrous $3000 and, you guessed it, did absolutely nothing. I couldn't believe it. It left me thoroughly depressed.

I saw this info on the web and I gave it a go, what did I have to lose now! And, my god this is genius. Quick and easy. I feel so wonderful in my new, smooth, renewed figure! I am a yummy mummy now!

It depends on the stage of the cellulite. There are four statges, and it's quite easy to get rid of it on the first one.

There are many different option. Wrappings, treatments, massages, creams.

I personally do sports 4 times a week, use anticellulite cream (ROC, and Dior), do massage with a special anticellulite brush.
Alltogether, it seems to work.

Drinking lots of water should help, so I've heard. But the myth of exercise improving it isn't true; sometimes exercise can make cellulite worse.

You cannot get rid of cellulite, you can only reduce the appearance of it.

If you REALLY want to get rid of the cellulite, you should cut the skin areas where the cellulite occurs. It REALLY helps. It might be painful though.

Do excercise, it helps get rid of ordinary fat anyway. Scrub celulte with a body brush with very warm water and a nice lather of soap, or with exfoliator- scrubbing the skin stimulates the area.

One thing you could do is skip, it sounds mad but 5 minutes of skipping a day is like an hour at the gym and helps firm up the legs.
