You may need to get use to thumbdrives and memsticks. The Floppy drive is on the way out as had the 386 and 486 PC's. Electronic companies have not tried ot make the floppy more productive in the last 15 - 20 years, stopping with the 2.88 MB "superfloppy." And, that was a marketing failure as larger HDD's and CD-RW's became more affordable and able to store much more than a simple floppy.

If you are hesitant in using flashdrives (USB drives of any type), you may need to opt to Tape Drives. These work similar to Floppy Drives, but can hold up to 400 GB of compressed data (not sure of the upper limits of tapes). Dell, HP and other major PC companies make different types of Tape Drives, one may be just right for you and your needs.

There's always an Iomega Zip disk drive. Even the early versions (of which I have one) used 100Mb disks, not much bigger than floppy disks, though more expensive. Try Ebay.

I haven't seen any for sale in ages, but you'd be looking for a 3½-inch ED.
They can store 2.88MB of data. I've used one or two in the past on my old win95 PC.

Why is it that you don't want a memory stick?

edit: just found these on ebay:
