It depends there is one we use that is called a nappy but that is because it has tape at the side Otherwise it is a Pad

If I had to use the term in conversation, I'd go by the brand name Depends. Everyone knows exactly what Depends are (at least here). It's like how everyone says Kleenex no matter what brand of tissue it is.
