Maybe he feels intimidated by the other students. He could feel insecure about himself. He needs a good spanking in the rear and a talking to.That should do the trick. But it could also be the t.v. Be care full with what he watches on t.v a lot of kids like to copy what they see and hear around them.

Has he always been like this, or just since he started kindergarten?
Is he punished at home for acting up in school?

I would definitely seek some help. This is something that you need to get a hold of now, before it escalates into worse things happening.

See if he is allergic to something. My friends took their daughter off of milk -- CHANGED child -- to the good.
Milk can be the culpret, and it may not bother for the first couple of days n then build up to drive the child crazy -- Chocolate can do it too.
