Well actually, i got depressed the past few weeks and i actually lost around 20 pounds... all in abt 2months. But seriously, all there is to it is to avoid carbs. I eat rice almost everyday and bread too. So I avoided this and didnt eat carbs like that. Just eat lettuce and other greens. Its very effective especially if you love salads. You dont get the bloated feeling and if you felt like you need some flavor, add cheese or a small piece of meat, like ham. And dont drink anything other than plain ol water. And have a early dinner. Have your meals before 6pm at night and fast after that. That way everything is easily digested.

Theres that weight watchers diet, i know someone who was on it and lost 7/8 lbs. or u could do exercise or start fasting.

I prefer to fast on fruit juices for a day or two instead of eating.

go to the gym 2 hours a day everyday do the treadmill 45 min. each day and walk half hour every day and dont drink soft drinks and dont eat fast food, not to greasy not too fatty food.
