why isnt there a section on wicca, witchcratf and othersuch practices?

Because Wicca is only a tiny religious grouping, witchcraft is a practice that spans many people both religious and otherwise but it hardly warrants its own section because although considerably larger than Wicca the numbers of people who practice witchcraft are again pretty small.

That category would be useful, you could talk about spells, without the Atheist saying your nuts (I'm an Atheist, but I wouldn't say anything like that) and without the Christians (and other god-believers) calling you evil.

I'm all for it, besides there is a bullfighting category and no one hardly uses it. Why not have a (Wicca type) and Pantheist section?

I see my religion as being just that---my religion and spirituality. Plus, I like learning about other religions and views. I feel that putting all religions in one place is a good opportunity to practice learning how to have respect and tolerance for one another---and maybe even to learn from one another. There are already many Yahoo groups and forums devoted to specific religions, but this is one of the few places for me to interact with people of all religious views (or no religious views). I've learned a lot on here about other religions, their practices and beliefs, and the types of attitudes of the people who practice them.

I don't know, but there is a section at your homepage this says ~" Your comments? How to make Yahoo better" Or something like that. Request one for atheists too. They get hostile with the believers.

for the same reason there isn't a section on judaism, christianity, islam, hinduism, taoism, buddhism, confucianism, shintoism, etc.

I'm sure you're sincere, but I deeply hope you won't allow yourself to take a wrong path in life by getting involved with any kind of occult practice. Instead of bringing you close to God, it will only take you away from Him.

In other words, the Bible says occult practices aren't a gift from God (as you believe) but come from the one who opposes Him—namely, Satan. Instead, I urge you to turn to God and seek His will for your life. Only He knows our future, and only He can be trusted to lead us. God loves you, and He wants what is best for you—and the proof is that He gave His only Son, Jesus, to die for you on the cross.

Our greatest need is to be cleansed of our sins—only Christ can do that. By a simple prayer of faith invite Jesus to come into your life today—and He will. Then make it your goal to "pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart" (2 Timothy 2:22).

why do so many christians and others afraid of merely being exposed to religious beliefs contrary to their own? are they afraid their faith could be shaken that easily? I mean c'mon.
