I ask different kinds of questions depending on my mood. If I felt like I asked an honest thought provoking question and I get almost 'flamed' for it, I will take that as a licence to ask a more 'fun' question. Same as answering, if I try to empathize with what I feel the question is really asking and get a bunch of thumbs down... I'll revert to straight forward answers. These Q and A's will be lost in the archives forever within a short while so they are not really important in tht respect.
If I ask what I imagine is a thought provoking question and it gets taken the wrong way... it is just too bad ... I can only wait awhile and try to rephrase it ... or forget about it altogether.

1. I want my questions and answers to be intersting but I feel no need to respect the beliefs of others unless they have significant proof to prove that their beliefs are real.
2. I would like them to be debate prone but when it comes to religious discussion they usually turn into arguments.
I wouldn't say I hate religious discussion but sometimes I hate how angry it makes me.
My overall goal is to get people to look beyond the beliefs they have and realize that people all over the world have faith in different things and instead of trying to convert them they should realize that without fully studying each and every religion then you can never be sure if you have the right one.

I consider my questions to be 1, 2, and 3. Sometimes I am just asking for a fact about something.

My goals are 2 and 3 and sometimes 1.

Many people today ask how a loving God could send them to Hell but the Bible says He will look at them and tell them to depart from Him and they will be cast into the lake of fire.God is a God of love and mercy but also a God of judgment and wrath.I am a loving father but I also have a responsibility to discipline my children when they have done wrong. Many say that we are not to judge but what would happen to our homes and government if their was no judgment or laws of correction? As Christians we need to be lead of the Spirit in these matters.John the Baptist called the Pharisees Vipers , Satan was a viper so this was not a very nice name to call someone, yet he was described by Christ as the greatest of all prophets. So yes and no to all your answers.

I hope my religious questions are enlightening, make one think, perhaps brighten a day, and sometimes dispel misconception. I come here for the same reasons. To share, care, and learn.
