i wanna learn how to do a split... but im worried that if i practise consistently every night.. ill pull a muscle or something..

yes by pulling muscles and putting your back out... look up the correct way to warm up ans learn to stretch into the position gradually over time, sould take a few weeks of practice, depends how nimble you are to stat with...

don't stretch too far. you could pull a muscle or something. gradually stretch farther.
