Ringgit Malaysia = in the form of bills.
Sen = in the form of coins.
Locally, the popularly use abbreviation is RM.
Internationally, the official abbreviation is MYR.
The form of bills comes in value of 1MYR, 2MYR, 5MYR, 10MYR, 50MYR, and 100MYR. Not too long ago, the value of 500 and 1000 was phased out (no longer in use).
The form of coin comes in value of 1 sen, 5 sen, 10 sen, 20 sen, and 50 sen. Last year, the value of 1MYR coin was phased out (no longer in use).
