If she does agree to go on a date with you then I don't think that this women is right for you because if she ends up leaving her boyfriend for you then how do you know she won't do the same thing to you?

Some women will, I'm always open to offers despite no being single.
Some women are totally faithful, no matter what the circumstances - so don't take it personally if she won't go out with you.

It depend if there is a long term thing going on with her boyfriend.
if there is and she does, she will probably do it to you if she switches.
If there isn't a long term thing then yes if she sees potential for you, but she is less likly to go out on a limb for you!
There is an age old saying, not sure if I totally agree with it but it is:

If the woman is a cheater and has no respect for herself or her boyfriend than yes she will but to be honest i hope that she doesn't for everybody sakes

Depends on how committed she is to her relationship. Myself, personally I wouldn't be interested in a woman who was in a relationship. Singles only for me, I'm not into breaking up couples for my own happiness.

depends what sort of woman she is. and how long she's been with her bf etc. i personally would finish with them before i went out with anyone else, i dont like cheating. i would be with one or the other. thats just my opinion.
