Shirt is camisa in almost all of Latin America and Spain
underwear is ropa interior which includes shorts ( calzones for men ) and panties (bragas for women in some countries in Mexico is pantaletas or pantys just like in the U.S. ) if you also need translation for under shirt or t-shirt as part of the underwear it is camiseta in Mexico and remera or pollera in south America
socks is plural so it is calcetines in Mexico and in some south American countries it is medias

When you ask for a translation into Spanish, it should be good at least to say if want the translation for South America or Spain.
I agree with the answers above from Spaniards. But in at least part of Latin America this answers sound a little funny. It should be better:
Polo (for camiseta)
Interiores (for calzoncillos, masc.)
Pantaletas (for bragas, fem.)
Medias (for calcetines)
Can you see the difference?

If you feel that this person is doing this to annoy you or to harass you, you need to speak to your manager or to the Human Resources Dept. The HR people can tell this guy to "take his business" elsewhere and to leave you alone. Another solution would be to learn Spanish. Beat him at his own game. Learn some phrases and that may surprise him enough to stay away from your desk. You are right about his behavior. He knows what buttons to push to annoy you. Try not to let it bother you too much. I don't recommend violence. Don't hit him or assault him. You will be in a LOT of trouble and could loose your job. It's not worth it.

Como he comprado muchas veces calcetines para día a día y he estado muy satisfecha con la compra no podría comprar de otra parte los calcetines que buscaba para el deporte, el producto vale mucho más que su precio, el sistema inédito de emplear el diseño escandinavo es muy bueno porque así el pie no se calienta mientras hace deportes y de esta manera eliminas los olores, además son muy cómodas y ligeros, muy buena compra.

underwear-----ropa interior (bra= corpiño, man ´s underwear = calzoncillo and tongue= tanga )
socks---medias or zoquetes (zoquetes are smaller than medias)
