To start with you need to use a toner, it'll take away the oil that clogs the skins pores. The fastest relief I got was using a toner called ten-O-six. It'll clear up a pimple or spot overnight. Always clean face & remove make-up before going to bed, and use toner in the morning & at night. Our skin needs toner like our teeth needs toothpaste,a daily thing.

With the products you have listed, I prefer the neutrogena.

None of those!
Get something real, not the mainstream stuff made for sheep who don't know any better.

You are not going to get good skin from spending $4 in your local chemist or whatever.

Try something like Origins. They do very good face masks for example.
Environ. Skin doctors maybe?
Different brands for different things, like toners masks moisturizer etc.

Be prepared to pay a little more but you won't be using shitty watered down stuff. (the famous proactive=overpriced watered down benzoyl peroxide aka spot fighting, drying agent)

Try going for a facial (in a salon that stocks products, most do) and speak to the beauty therapists, but don't be forced into buying anything. Just get info and look online and be smart. They will probably have free samples or use the products during your facial to give you an idea. Don't buy something because someone on here says OMG it like totally worked or this is the best! Pay attention to the details of what they are saying. Everyone's skin is different.

NOXZEMA.......It is the BEST thing to use on your face... When you wash your face use WARM water, then apply Noxzema. Massage into your face gently and rinse with warm water...Then rinse again with cold water,Dab dry.... this closes the poors back after using warm water. And a Mild facial scrub once a week will remove all the dead skin from your face. But use it the same way Warm water, then cold water. Or else your poors stay open and the chance of break outs increase alot more. You do not want to strip your face of moisture so at night be sure to find you a mild perfume free moisturizer...I suggest oil of olay or ponds.... hope this helps...It has kept my skin clear all my life. As a teenager my face broke out one time and never again.... But i did this faithfully.... Best of Luck

I wouldn't go with any of these. Choose a high end product...like Clinique 3 Step. It's more money...but worth it!!
