Well, of course you could be accused, but that doesn't mean that your accusers would be right. If I weren't somewhat like you, my answers wouldn't be found on this site. So, speaking from my own standpoint, it is prideful of me to think that *I* am helping others by answering their questions. If there is a truly good answer that has been written by me to a question someone asks, especially in the Religion and Spirituality Q&A, then God gets the glory, and I have to humble myself and give Him all the credit. Because there is nothing good in me. But Christ is good. And if there is a TRULY good answer given, it is because He gave it through the person who wrote it. So, if you are doing the work of God by answering questions, then you are not squandering your life. Just try to remember it is His work and not your own. Humble yourself and God will exalt you. If you exalt yourself, God will humble you............ and believe me, you don't want God to be the One to humble you. Just try to make sure you are answering questions based on what God wants. And please don't take any offense at this answer. I have to daily humble myself, because I am a very prideful person. And the only cure for pride is humility.

If you answer 10,000 questions and only help one person then those 10,000 questions were worth it. Think of it this way "You might have just saved a life." In that respect i don't think you squandered anything.
