sounds like you have ginginitis or gum diease you need to gargle with warm salt water, brush, and dental flossand gargle with listerrine.
also check with a paradontist, if the gums are receeding then you need to get in and get checked.
it can do some damage if left untreated.

most definitely a problem
schedule a deep cleaning
get teeth cleaned every 3 months
brush with Colgate plus and brush with Listerine at least 3 times a day

sounds like gingivitis... very serious. you could loose your teeth or get an infection in the gums that could become systemic. SEE A DENTIST
