Guyz I loved a person and I have proposed him.He has not accepted my love and not even my friendship but I respect him because he has not insulted me like other boys usually do with a girl when she proposed them.Now I have noticed that this boy stares at me.I really dont know that what exactly is going on in his mind but I think I should pass him a genuine smile.What you all think please tell me.

first of all is he staring at you in a wierd way or does he smile when he does it.IF he is staring at you with a bad look on his face Dont smile he's just saying ''can you believe her"But if he looks at you with a smile or if he turns away when he sees you are looking back it definately means he is intrested in something so go ahead and give him a smile even wave just dont leave him hanging. Mabe all he is trying to do is cummunicate.
