I flirt with anyone who seems receptive. But someone receptive to flirting has an attractive personality, so they are still attractive. I flirt by e-mail with women in my company all the time and I've never met them.
I'll only touch close friends and that is irregardless of their appearance.
I'll tell a women she looks good or that her hair is nice or an outfit looks good on her. If she has a beautiful personality, I'll tell her she is beautiful. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and I don't lie but maybe other guys wouldn't agree.

We, I can flirt with a girl just to make her feel good if I think she will. Touching? Nope. But I can bet some guys flirt and touch then disappear. Just to satisfy their ego.

Generally guys stay away from girls who they dont think are attractive, they would avoid touching them and deffinately wouldnt say they were beautiful they would avoic that topic at all costs.
