I don't know of any breeders in your area, and because you're not after a pure-bred dog you'll have difficulty finding recommendations for any RESPONSIBLE breeders. Irresponsible breeders may be much easier to find, but you are risking all sorts of other problems.

Have a look around the site. Hopefully you'll find some useful info.
Apparently a lot of poodle crosses are hypoallergenic, but so are many other breeds (eg poodles!). If you can't find a "Jack Roodle" breeder then the other hypoallergenic breeds might be worth considering, especially as it'll be easier to get a recommendation from the kennel club as to a good breeder to use.
A word of warning - I don't know if you are aware, but there is NO SUCH THING as a NON-ALLERGENIC dog. Hypoallergenic just means LESS allergic. What will you do if you or your family are still allergic to your new hypoallergenic dog?
It might be worth going to the home of someone who has one of these dogs to gauge whether or how bad any reaction is. If that's not an option, maybe go along to a BREED SPECIFIC rescue of one of the listed breeds and see how you all react? You can find details of these on www.dogpages.org.uk

sorry but most breeders wont cross breed so that one you will find hard to obtain, on the other hand if you buy a poodle and a jack russel you could cross breed once then have the dogs neutered when you have what you want .

why do you want a mongrel of specific origins...a mongrel is a mongrel regardless of the mix...just get a sweet small sized dog from your local shelter who will love you unconditionally....
