God doesn't have hands or eyes or feet; God is a spiritual being without form or body, and He is far greater than any physical being. Sometimes the Bible speaks about God's hands or eyes, but when it does, it is using symbolic language to convey some truth about His activity: "For the eyes of the Lord range throughout the earth to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him" (2 Chronicles 16:9).
When the Bible says God created the human race in His image, it means that God put His character or imprint on our souls or spirits. We aren't God—but we are like Him (although limited). Because of this, we have the ability to love, and to know right from wrong. Because we bear God's image, we are different from the animals, and all human life is sacred.
The tragedy is that God's image within us has been defaced and twisted by sin (although not destroyed). But Christ came to make us whole, and someday "we shall be like him, for we shall see him as he is" (1 John 3:2). In the meantime, make it your goal to grow closer to Christ and serve Him with all of your life.

Gosh you called your husband an fool specific men and girls folk are in God's image yet men are think to guard the girls and so he his in bigger rank than you gosh you prefer counseling cant have faith you called the one you love husband an fool for believing the certainty and cant have faith you called your husband short and fat and bald your merely tearing him down you're soooo propose im shocked he loves you nevertheless you prefer a certainty verify!!!!!!

what it means is that adter God made each thing He said it was good, except when He made woman. Just thought I'd take his side since males are getting disrespected at every turn, why get it when a guy gets home especially from someone who would publish to many many, how there husband appears in a negative way.

GOD means a ray of hope,enthusiasm,positiveness.
it does not resemble any physical appearence.there is nothing to do whether god is tall,fat or slim god just means pureness of heart

If you believe with your husband as he described to you about God's image, then you too is stupid and idiot. In my opnion, Nobody can describe the true image of God because nobody ever had seen HIM. Only in your imagination you can describe HIM but there were religion (Islam) that forbids the creation or imagination of God's image as they believe that if any body who describes HIM will only bellitle his God and caused blashpemy.

God is not quite a physical being. We're all made in his image spiritually, but it is heavily, heavily, heavily x100000 distorted by sin. So in your definition "short, fat and bald" is just ur husband..
