Call a Vet. They may refer you to an Urgent Care Vet. They can at least tell you over the phone what to look out for in case of internal bleeding or concussion or anything else you may need to know before the Vet's office opens tomorrow. When my daughter was 3 years old her elbow was out of place and the doctors office made her wait until they had an open appointment the next afternoon. Try to make your dog comfortable until the Dr. can see her (hopefully early).

Get off the computer and take the poor suffering dog to the vet. You can't fix it yourself. You can't see the internal organs to know how much damage was done. Sorry to say I had to have one put to sleep because it was going to require alot of surgery and too much expense.

I don't mean to be unkind, but perhaps you should have the dog euthanized. Please don't let the poor animal suffer.
