If you're next meal is only a few hours away, they yes, that is enough. That is pretty much what is meant by 'eat little and often'.

Eatting 6 small meals a day as apose to 3 large like most Americans eat is alot healthier, espically if your trying to lose weight.

You trick your body into thinking that you are full, therefor you do not consume as much.

Eatting two pieces of fruit is very healthy for breakfast, I dont know if it's just me but fruit actually makes me very hungry. Even if you just ate like a small serving size bowl of cereal and then like an apple or banana, it would be good.

it is definitely not enough. depending on your body needs, e.g. for someone who needs 2100 calories, 2 pieces of fruit will make him more hungry and he would probably eat more the next time round! Possible one or 2 fruits with some snacks like nuts or bread would be better and more nuitritious. ;)

You are on the correct path to lose weight fast, as long as you're excercising along with...But you need alittle more substance than that... I would recomend egg whites...as long as you're excersising you can also have alittle oatmeal...the good thing about oatmeal is that it has alot of substance to it so you feal more full than what you are...Oatmeal is high in carbs but you need some carbs for energy...there are also good carbs and bad ones...oatmeal is natural so they are good...but even good crbs turn to sugar if not used...so excercise is key
