DO SHAMPOOS THAT ARE "ANTI-POOF", "ANTI-FRIZZ", "ANTI-FLAT"...ACTUALLY WORK? Or are they just titles for regular shampoos that smell good? It's frusterating enough looking for a decent shampoo but I would like to know what you think about these specifially targetted shampoos and conditioners.

nothing works properly-if you don't have beautiful hair, you simply don't have it, nothing works, if you have it- you have it!

Never stick to one shampoo & conditioner. It really makes hair dull. Sometimes you should switch to other shampoo. Like after using Pantene shampoo for 2 weeks switch to Citru Shine. Then after 2 weeks if you wana go back to Pantene you can.
