You probably have a lot of stress in your life right now, or you're worried about something. Have you changed your bedtime habits? I've heard if you eat heavily before going to sleep, this can increase nightmares. Try taking a shower, or having a relaxing hot beverage before going to sleep. When you lie down, think pleasant thoughts, or pray, or listen to some relaxing music. If they're really bad, disrupting your sleep so much you can't function in your normal routine, you may need to see a therapist. Good luck, and sweet dreams.

I had a lot too before but you know what? praying always works...if you really can't sleep, soak your feet in warm water, it draws blood from your head and it'll make you sleepy
