could someone please help me to understand how to get my heart rate down at night ..it seems that my heart rate goes up as night falls for some reason is 104-110 bpm normal for about 8 pm -2am ..my hearts has been skipping beats for about 2 months now and they still can't figure it out please help .

That doesn't sound normal... either you're getting yourself all stressed out at bedtime, or eating too much before you lie down. Just to be safe, I'd make an appointment with a cardiologist.

I have a racing heart which just started in the last year and I was put on a medicine called atenol or altenol, I can't remember the exact name and it helps and I don't stay so hot all the time anymore. I still have to go have an ekg.

My husband has racing heart syndrom and he has to take pills to keep it down. The pills are called Metoprolol .

time to see a cardiologist who specializes in heart rhythm problems...there are meds that can help...
