I met a girl, after the second day I lied to her that I won't leave her after having sex with her. but I broke my promise the other day. How can I break this stupid habit of lying?I feel guilty for doing this and this is my first time. help me out!

if you cant tell the truth... you need to evaluate what kinda person you are. If you arent happy with what you are doing...why do it?

try to remember that lying is always in contradiction with honesty and a dishonest person means hypocritical,liar, un thrustworthy , self-seeker and so many bad things.You should deal with that issue buddy and the way to do so is to be able to look the people in the eye and talk from your heart not imagination...

You can't stop lieing-it is a built in human trait.Since we have no natural predators we prey on each other with our lies and manipulation.Just look at all the tv commericals.
