Flour is made out of wheat, corn & a few other plants like buck wheat, rice etc
we are lucky today
because in the real olden days the women had to grind the wheat up in their house for hours to make a small amount of flour to make the daily bread with
we are very spoilt today!!

its just bleached or un-bleached ground up wheat. It can also be made from rice and other grains.
