I went to pretty much all the tourist spots, is there anything to do here? I'm 21, I wanna meet some young people 20s, meet nice girls ;) I usually just go to the beach and play tennis, anything else? outdoor activities, festivals, basically local hawaiian things that non-tourist do? I want to learn about the culture and also meet some friends that aren't tourist, I'm gonna be here for awhile, love the city, love the people. Thanks

any major pool halls there would be a good place to start because you could ask to join them and start a conversation. don't know where exactly you're staying, but hawaiian brian's billiards is a good place. you could also try the internet cafe's in the keeamoku area, but it might be a little harder to make conversations w/them if they're on the computer. i usually see a lot of them just talking when they're there, it's like a hang out spot for them i guess. besides that, i'm not sure what else you could do to meet people your age. hope you find luck!

There is a down load available through Hawaiian Airlines called 'Hawaii Anytime'. It has a calendar of events for all the islands that has a HUGE list of activities available.
You are close to Waikiki if you're in Honolulu, and there are some very nice clubs, if you are into dancing, etc.
Across from the Ala Moana Shopping Center, and down about 1/4 mile, is a small harbor called Kewalo Basin. There are boats that will take you snorkeling, SCUBA, para-sailing, etc.
The Hawaiian Cultural Center in Oahu is very interesting. There are all kinds of classes you can take through them - Hula - Learning to Speak the Hawaiian language - etc.
There is so much to do on the island of Oahu! I still like the beach the best though.

Most of the clubs around Waikiki are good for meeting girls but I'd suggest that you start off with a few beers in Dukes Canoe Club to sus out where people are heading that night.
Scrupples Beach Club is good as well plus you will get asked out by all the hookers outside it.

There's lots of things to do there. there are many beaches you can go to just buy a map. the clubs in honolulu are great but very crowded depending on which club you go to. pipeline is a very popular club and also zanzabar. you'll find a lot of things to do just walk on the waikiki strip, most of the clubs are on there. hawaiian brian's is a pretty cool place to play pool and video games. try horse back riding, you can see where they film jurassic park. In sea life park you can see where they made the movie 50 first dates. also, go to LIKELIKE drive in, the food is great there! thats all i can think of right now.

everything! hawaii is amazing. the beaches are always full, if you want to meet local people i wouldnt recommend waikiki beach, its very crowded with tourists. go to some of he black sand beaches, they usually have more locals. theres an awesome beach on the big island called pounaloo or something like that-i was like the only tourist there. it was full of young local surfers. try it, and have fun wherever you go!
