How the place of plastic breast surgery would be faded?

I have done plastic surgey three months ago. I wanted to minimize
my breast. The surgery has been done successfully, but the place of stitches scratches severely and doesn't look good. Meanwhile I'm 49 years old.

Three months is too short a time for you to relax and come back to normal..wait for some more moths, maybe another 6 months..?
