I'm up tonight because I was starting into a panic attack. I've had them quite a number of years ago. They were very severe and scary to me. This is the first in a long time though. I think I know what triggered it. I took some medication that I have to take the edge off. Medication helps a great deal, however, diet and exercise can help a lot to. There are great sites on the web for more information on anxiety attacks. They are very real and a lot of people suffer from them. I'm 43 years old.
