E Coli, for sure... from feces... if you eat something from garbage.
Or anything that the ex-owner of the trash had.
Probably mostly airborne diseases and some body-fluid diseases.
So many possibilities...

My advice is to be careful when you dumpster dive.

I dont know for sure but.....a friend of mine says she contracted polio from someone elses trash
