Look up on Internet and get proper support for the type of work that you have to do. If your company is not able to provide it, you must make this investment, in yourself.

Take 5 minutes every hour on the hour to do some exercises to help the posture.

Massage parlours may or may not help but above will, the money spent on massage parlours, can well be use to buy what you need for your work.

Take it up with your boss, show this to your boss see what your boss thinks.

Internet can provide the locations of massage parlours, Google is at the top of this screen.

Ask your friends.
Look up adds in the papers, magazines.
Office supply magazine and catalogue have all kind of supports, buy them, use them.

Good support is the cure, massage parlours is just a temporary relief from the condition.

I also have had back and shoulder ache for years - but I found the most help in a dandruff cream (now what to do with all these bottles and tubes of a gazillion types of muscle relaxant/pain ointment/etc). It is called Sulfer8. I don't know why it works, I was actually using the shampoo and accidently noticed how much the pain subsided.

For you, the best bet is Yoga. Do it religiously and regularly. Ramakrishan Mission, in Bangalore is conducting Yoga classes.

stop fooling around here,
Pick up the yellow pages & look for a Physiotherapy clinic
they will use heat & microwave , ultrasound, etc to fix it.

It is a more permanent solution than a massage

Seriously !!!! personal experiance
