Has anyone heard of a Muslim religous ceremony that doesn't involve legal papers? Is it possible? And is it possible between a Muslim man and Christian woman?

yes I myself was brought up christian( not a devout christian and am thinking of converting to slam) and my fiance has been a Muslim for over 20 years and we're gonna have a Muslim ceremony in a masjid ( Muslim temple) and it does not involve legal papers but is just as lagit!!

Muslim men marry Christian women all the time and it is very similar to a regular wedding. The only difference is that the person who marries you will be Muslim. All marriages if they are legal involve papers. Otherwise it is just an engagement.

It happens in some Islamic countries now..it is religiously right if it confirms the conditions of marriage which include ANNOUNCEMENT..so if it was secret it would be unjustifiable.
But the abscence of legal papers deprive the wives from their rights if they go to courts there will be nothing to prove their marriage..It is better to avoid that. And yes it can happen between a Muslim man and a Christian woman.

Yes, there are such. If lady is muslim and she is convert ( or muslim from the birth) with certificate about it, she can go with her groom to sharia court and they will marry them. You can go to some mosques to Shaikhs who will make same without any papers of her status or father`s prmissions.
If lady is Christian then she might bring papers about she is not married ( or divorsed papers) or her father official permission. Still off course marriage between muslim man and christian lady is 100% possible

Muslim mam can get marry with nonMuslim women, muslim ceremony is going 2 mosques& make ma`zon announce u as husbend& wife then both of u gonna celebrate

Here religous marriage is illegal..So I don't know how is it..Here people marry in a marriage place or a place that they chosed.A person from government comes and make them married..And I'm not sure answer of your the last question..

never heard of Muslims getting married without legal papers. LATELY!!
backin the days i'm sure it happened and Yes it's possible between Muslim man and a christian woman, hence Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) married a christian woman.

yes you just have to say I wont to marry you in front of witnesses but the he can divorce you just as easily I would not consider it. if you wont to marry him if you are very sure do it legally
