Personally, I am celebrating by cooking a lot, Insha Allah. lol. Seriously, though, Eid is such a special time. It is a time not only to reflect on how we spent our time during Ramadan, and hoping to recieve so many blessings from it. That is part of it, but my fellow Muslims, I would also like you to reflect this Eid on how fortunate most of us are, and to think of those who will not have food for Eid, and other things we take for granted. Any hunger we've felt is really nothing in comparison. May Allah bless this Eid for you all, and I am sending my love to you all. Assalamoalakum, Sister Safiyyah

Alaikumsalam Safiyyah. You're right, after the Eid prayer, there will be lots of cooking - mine will be ketupat & chicken curry, but also visiting relatives, even distant ones, going home to your folks - if you live in different city / country. There will be gifts, new clothes & small money for kids, and tons of firecrackers & fireworks.

HAPPY EID and Eid mubarak
to all muslim brothers and sisters.
we shuld share our happiness and joys with poors and helpless ppl,relatives and neighbours and distribute fitrana among the poor and hlpless ppl.
on eid day i get up early in the morning make wado(ablotuion) and go for morning prayer to mosque to thank Allah that we have passed good and safe ramadan.then come to home and eat some sweets with tea(eating early in the morning at eidufitar day is sunnah).then meet with different ppl in the neighbourhood,poors and helpless ppl, relatives ,friends and guests.

Inshaallah, i will double my prayers that day. i will ask Allah to make me a more patient, giving and enduring person. Inshaallah, Allah will bless the world and all the people in it with His Bounty and Mercy. my dear sister first happy fetr then the real celebration should happen inside ur heart between u and god if u are sure that god it really satisfied with u and ur dids in ramadan ur heart will be overwilmed with joy then this rejoicing may flow out to ur appearance then u can celebrate with cooking or dancing or any thing ut the real one iss th einnner one
