I lost 15 pounds that I had gained my first year in college by eating one slim fast bar for breakfast, one for lunch, with one piece of fruit in between and a Gatorade. Then for dinner I had a 6 inch subway sandwich and every other day would run 1-3 miles. I lost the 15 pounds in one month. It was easy.

Slim Fast like all the rest is just another scheme based on the sterotypical "daily life" of a human being, not taking into account the variables such as, how often they ingage in physical activities or anarobic, or aerobic workouts, the time intervals in which they usually eat/drink, or their current condition aswel. SLim Fast like Ipods are only known because they are commercialized and many people have become successful by using them but it doesn't mean it is for eevryone. My best advice is to contact your doctor and see whether or not he'd recommend it to you or not.Either that or do it the old fashioned way and eat the proper intakes/percentages of food you are required to eat, which ALSO is based on your daily life, and how ylou live it.
P.S. There is NO dietary routine that works for everybody, maybe it works for a select group or groups but not for everybody. Not bashing SLimfast or anything but you should also maybe consider some alternatives before you jump right into that. Look for carbohydrates, protein, fat( yes...fat..), sugar...yea also..stay away from fast foodss...but my guess is that you already got that in check. but... GOODLUCK!

Any 'weight-relief plan' ensures weight income as quickly as you stop the load-relief plan. This is going with ANY weight-relief plan. Why? by way of fact a weight-relief plan isn't a life form exchange, it incredibly is a non everlasting exchange. So of path your physique will drop some pounds, beginning with water weight the 1st 3 weeks...yet then when you get off the load-relief plan and consume 'oftentimes', your physique gets all 'excited' after having been on a 'starvation' mode, and income weight. narrow speedy isn't undesirable for you...it has many nutrition and such, yet once you choose to drop some pounds on it, you will might desire to survive it and do lots actual activity. that is totally perplexing, as you will continually be hungry by way of fact it does not administration your starvation. One shake, surely, can no longer replace an entire meal.

Slimming pills work all the time but its not advisable because you might get your body too dependent on it. And when you stop taking them in time to come you might grow fatter at an even faster rate. And slimming pills are usually bad for your liver because it exerts too much on it. Exercise is the best regime, jogging everyday will help though but you have to have the motivation do it everyday. And you will look more toned up for sure. Taking slimming pills are lazier alternatives to people who rather not exercise to slim down. I hope you don't harm yourself :)
Good luck!

it should if u follow all the directions. slim-fast is a meal by itself, so dont drink it with a meal because it IS the meal. drink lots of water throughout the day and you should lose weight. its all about calorie intake. take in more calories than your body needs and it is stored as fat. take in less and you lose weight. so if all u do is drink slimfast which is only about 200 something calories, then u should lose weight.
