The Roman Catholic Church has the communion of saints. All's Saint's Day is a holy day that celebrate the saints. It is the day after Halloween -- hallow eve.
All Soul's is a feast day reserve for the faithful departed. It follows All Saint Day.
Both days are celebrated with masses.

In addition to what J. said, All Saints' Day is also a Holy Day of Obligation for Catholics, which means it is treated as a Sunday.

I'm not sure but I think that that is when they remember family and friends who have passed on and go to the cemetery a and pray and pay their respects. On all saints day I think they go to church andremember the saints that died for the cause and pray for them also.
Cheers

definite I have fun all Saints day. what must be incorrect with celebrating the saints - with recognizing human beings God has stored. And Michael S. - Halloween is derived from All Saints day, no longer any incorrect way around. it is interior the very call - "Halloween", which derives from previous English while "hallow" meant "saint" and "een" replaced into "eve". It actually potential "saints eve". edit - Michael S. - please discover me the verses interior the bible the place it mentions sola scriptura and e mail them to me. I assure you will no longer discover any via fact it is not biblical.

no not all do . It seems to be another fading traditions brought on by lack of enthusiasm and the outside pressure of work to keep our physical belongings.
Some may do so at home by making the time.
