Dogs don't get boogers. They just have runny noses, and the dog probably looks at you when you blow your nose because maybe you make a funny noise. lol Also I know it sounds gross but they lick their noses, so who needs tissues.

My dog snorts on me everyday! She puts her nose right up to my pant-leg and then blows into it! I take it as a sign of affection, not that she has snot, and also she does it when she wants my attention, to go out for a walk. I think the fibers from my pants get in her nose, and it tickles her.

It is because your dog is shocked and startled by the sound and is trying to understand what is or why you are causing this such sound.
Dogs don't need to blow their nose if they lick it and are hardly ever come down by a sickness they would have no need to.

You think your dog doesn;t blow her nose? She just is being polite and not doing it in front of you.

They do, just all over the carpet. Also, dogs aren't thinking ANYTHING when they look at you, other than "food?"
