The young clerk's responsibilities included bringing the judge a hot cup of coffee at the start of every day.
Each morning the judge was enraged that the coffee cup arrived two-thirds full.
The clerk explained that he had to rush to get the coffee delivered while it was still hot, which caused him to spill much of it along the way.
None of the judge's yelling and insults produced a full cup of coffee, until he finally threatened to cut the clerk's pay by one-third if he continued to produce one-third less than the judge wanted.
The next morning he was greeted with a cup of coffee that was full to the brim, and the next morning and the morning after that.
The judge couldn't resist gloating over his success and smugly complimented the clerk on his new technique.
"Oh, there's not much to it," admitted the clerk happily, "I just sip some coffee right outside the coffee room, and spit it back in when I get outside your office."

Come on,you know that is not funny!"grandma was in the nursing home,and Johnny her grandson was just too cool to visit her,so one day his Mom told him that if he would go sit with his grandmother for 30 minutes,she would take him shopping and he could buy anything he wanted,Well he decided that he could take a little bit of his ever so busy day and go see grandma.His Mom dropped him off and told him she would be back in 30mins,and he went to grandmas room.She was laying there asleep,and he turned on some MTV,and started beating out rhythms.He looked over on the nite-stand and Grandma had some peanuts in a bowl.He looked at her and with total disrespect started eating her peanuts,until they were all gone.Suddenly Grandma heard the music and she woke up.Johnny she said is that you son?Yeah it's me Grandma.Oh,good hand me my eye-glasses,so I can see you darling.Here he said.Oh now hand me my teeth out of that glass.Here he said.Now come here and let Granny take a good look at you son.UUUhhh,Grandma before you do I need to tell you something,Yes she said what is it,Uuuuhhh,I ate all your peanuts,,,really she said,,,yes everyone,,well that's ok she said,I had already sucked all the chocolate off of them!!!
