watch your wallet or bank account is what you should do. Sounds to me that a man that young is only trying to take advantage of you for something he may want other than a relationship or fling. If you think he isn't the type to do that sort of thing, then you must know him well, but still keep your guard up.

If you both are single then go for it! Winter~Spring relationships are hot! Especially when the women is the older one. But if either of you is committed then set it straight and back away fast, no matter how tempting it may be you need to contemplate the consequence!

I had a huge crush on my college professor (she was 46) and i'm sure she didn't understand why. If she would have ever given in and went out with me i would have been happy as hell. My advice is go for it but don't expect a huge relationship out of it.

He more than likely wants just one thing from you sex.But there are men who like to marry older women as they see them as a mother person to them as well this makes them demanding on you more than in a good relationship .The choice always comes back to you ask yourself this......
1.Do you want to be used .
2.Do you want to be his wife and mother .
