i'm not having a problem meeting girls and talking, i can make them laugh and what not, but every friggen time i find a girl that i like, it turns out she has a boyfriend already, IM ALMOST READY TO FORGET ABOUT THE BOYFRIEND THING AND MAKE A MOVE, am i doing the right thing?
this has happened to me about 9-10 times no joke, so i am getting really annoyed. im also having a hard time hanging out with girls that already have boyfriends, i find it awkward to call them and everything.
as you can see i have issues, what do u guys think i should do, should i hang out with them anyway?

You are doing the right thing exactly. Keep going with the witty and charming etc. Eventually one of two things should happen. Either one of these boyfriends will screw up and get dumped, or one of the girls will know another girl and recommend you. If you are quite charming, patient, and persistent but not pushy, you may even be able to win over one of these girls away from her current boyfriend.

Sometimes if a girl doesn't want to get serious with you, or she wants to discourage you, she'll tell you she has a boyfriend. You're hitting on too many girls. It sounds like you just want ANY girl. Girls sense that. A girl wants to feel special - we all know that for most young guys ANY girl will do - they just want sex. So look for a relationship first. Sex is better when it's with someone you really dig anyway. Join a group activity that you have to do once a week. You'll meet people and get to know them gradually. Someone out there will find you special; just don't try so hard - you look desperate, and girls hate that.

9-10 is a very small number among the billions of girls in this world. Of them, you will probably actually meet hundreds. And of them you will find a number of them actually available and suitable for you. Don't give up, you've only just begun. (She's waiting for you -out there somewhere- or maybe she's not waiting, maybe she's actively LOOKING for you ).
Remember - if you give up, it will become very unlikely that you will find her.

I know one witch she sad she is married, I see her after 2 months she said my boyfriend is joules,1 month next time the idiot forgot and is talking about engagement already to someone.
If they don't accept you from first conversation - just forget it.
You just choose wrong targets.

If she isn't married to the guy all's fair in love and war. Go for it.
Maybe you are not confident enough and nned to be less bashful. Girls don;t want to laugh. thye want the same thin gyou do. sex, money, jobs, cars, homes ect.
